A ultra modern residential complex building designed by Al Mayssam In-transit Living for Tamdeen Group. The masterplan for the site includes the construction of six towers, viewed as a reference icon for the area. The driving factor included maintaining sea views for all the living spaces, resulting in splitting the tower into three separate independent sub-towers.
The project designed by AGI Architects for Tamdeen Group being executed by Ahmadiah Contracting. MD & Tech were privileged and proud to participate in this project by supplying complete package of internal and external lighting.
