The project is engaged to produce a management and logistics plan for the complete refurbishment of a Ministries Complex for Ministry of Finance in Kuwait City. The Complex is surrounded from the east, south & north by surface car parking areas totalling 5,900 spares and has been constructed above two levels of basement parking containing a further 1,800 spaces. The Ministries Complex is home to 8,500 employees and attended by 13,000 visitors daily.
